Somatic Coaching offers a body-centered approach to self-exploration, helping you become more aware of these patterns and develop new ways of responding. Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we explore how your nervous system, breathing, posture, movement, and physical sensations relate to your current experience. Sessions may include mindfulness, body awareness, guided breathing, grounding exercises, visualization, and reflective dialogue. The approach is gentle, collaborative, and adapted to your goals.

Each session begins with a conversation about what is currently happening in your life and what you would like to explore. Together, we clarify your goals, identify recurring patterns, emotional responses, and areas that may benefit from deeper attention. Based on your individual needs, I create a personalized practice using elements of somatic awareness, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, meditation, voice practices, mindful movement, and guided self-reflection. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, each practice is selected to support the specific themes we are exploring during your session. You may receive a personalized meditation, breathing practice, kriya-inspired sequence, or body awareness exercise to continue between sessions.The goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen your connection with your body, and build practical tools that support lasting personal growth in everyday life.
